Ashwini International School implements Heartfulness which is a simple and effective relaxation and meditation practice that helps students improve focus, manage stress, and develop emotional well-being. Heartfulness program aims to support holistic education by nurturing not just the intellect, but also the heart and character. Here in Ashwini International School Student relaxation session is conducted twice on daily basis which helps reduce anxiety and improves attention span.
